2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or possess verifiable parental or guardian consent to access and utilize our Site and services. If you are using our services on behalf of a minor, you accept full responsibility for ensuring the minor’s compliance with these Terms.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

4.1 Session Scheduling

Educational sessions will be scheduled based on mutual agreement between the client and the assigned mentor. Any modifications to the schedule must be communicated and mutually agreed upon in advance.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for session cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the session fee being forfeited.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All content, materials, and intellectual property made available by Quark Solutions, including but not limited to educational materials, trademarks, and logos, remain the exclusive property of Quark Solutions or its licensors.

5.2 Usage

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the content strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
